There are a number of wining combinations, the question to ask is which one is right for you…or maybe I need to ask DO YOU KNOW?
No mater what role you play, working in a team can offer up a few challenges that is unless you have a common direction.
A good team would have consistent performance
A good team would have a strong leader
A good team could have a couple star performers who lift when the team is in need.
Over all a great team has a clear vision, understands the behavioural personalities of each member and knows what action is needed to reach their goal.
Save your energy, focus on your strengths and if you do that you’ll have a better idea of where and what you are capable of. When you do this others will lift around you.
Working on what you are good at is always going to be more rewarding that working on what you’re not!
And if at any time you lose sight of the vision, take stock, look over your performance, find any weak points and create ways to improve them.
